Sales Manager / Area Manager – Miami, USA

French Bloom is a non-alcoholic sparkling wine house that won the award for the best non-alcoholic sparkling wine in the world in 2022 by the World Sparkling Awards. It is an elegant, festive and more inclusive alternative to traditional alcoholic beverages. 

 

After years of R&D and a launch in October 2021, French Bloom is now distributed in more than 25 markets and all this in less than 2 years. French Bloom was co-founded by several people who have proven themselves in prestigious companies such as the Maison de Champagne Krug at LVMH, Le Guide Michelin or the Maison de Champagne Frerejean Frères. French Bloom is a fast-growing start-up already world market leader in the super-premium category of non-alcoholic sparkling wines. In order to continue on this path of success and achieve the ambitions it sets, French Bloom is looking for a Sales Manager/ Area Manager located in Miami.

Reporting directly to the National Sales Director, you will be responsible for our commercial activity and ensure rigorous monitoring of sales, objectives and performance of the city of Miami, USA.

MISSIONS:

- Develop CHR customer portfolios and distributors: regular monitoring and retention of existing customers, prospecting and search for new prospects. 

- Develop and design sales strategies (new listings, innovations, premium products).

- Manage a network of distributors for indirect product sales.

- Coordinate with management, distributor, partners and customers to establish mutually beneficial agreements.

- Represent French Bloom at events.

- Work collaboratively with management, monitor competitor actions and adjust strategy accordingly with management agreement.

- Work collaboratively and cross-functionally with the various departments of the company (marketing, finance, operations, administration, etc.) to achieve best practices and best results.

- Missions of Brand Ambassadors (support and training role for customers: Distributors, CHR, Wine shops, etc.) 

 

PROFILE:

- You have 1-2 years of experience with strong sales and trading techniques.

- You are ambitious with strong ethical values and actively seeking business opportunities.

- You have an ability to move negotiations forward. 

- You are a quick, diplomatic and independent learner.

- Proficiency with Office software (previous experience with HubSpot would be an advantage).

- You demonstrate an ability to structure/ prioritize your commercial approach

- You hold Licence B.

- VIE contract (International Corporate Volunteering).
