Shipping and delivery
The products are shipped to the delivery address indicated by the Customer when ordering.
French Bloom SAS undertakes to deliver the items ordered by the Customer within the scheduled time. If the said items have not been delivered within 7 working days from the scheduled delivery date when ordering, and if this exceeding is not due to a case of force majeure, the customer may proceed to resolution of the sale by sending a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the following address:

The sums paid by the customer will then be fully restored to him.
Upon receipt of his order, the Customer will take care to check the compliance of the products received.
Any anomaly concerning articles (damage, missing item compared to the order form, damaged or open package, broken, defective item ...) must imperatively be notified, the same day of reception or at the latest 3 days following receipt , at the head office of French Bloom SAS by registered mail or by email at the address: Hello@French bloom.com.
Any complaint made after this period will be rejected and French Bloom SAS will be released from any responsibility.
If the aforementioned conditions are met French Bloom SAS will then reimburse the defective product (s), the customer will be able to return and then French Bloom SAS will proceed to the re-exposition of the missing product (subject to the merits of the request client).
All articles offered by French Bloom SAS are subject to the legal warranty provided for in articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code. (See guaranteed paragraph in our GTC).
