Ingredients


• 30 ml Pineapple juice

• 10 ml Lime juice

• 1 scoop Coconut Sorbet

• Top-up French Bloom Blanc

GLASSWARE & ICE

Coupe

GARNISH

• Dried Pineapple

• Lime julienne

METHOD

In a shaker stir together the Pineapple and the lime juice with 20 ml of French Bloom.
Pour in a chilled coupe.
Add the scoop of sorbet.
Top-up with the French Bloom and add the garnish.

NOTES

It is extremely important to have every ingredients and the glassware very cold as this serve do not contain any ice cubes.
