Ingredients


• 20 ml Lime juice

• 10 mint leaves

• 35 ml Non Alcoholic Rum

• Top-up French Bloom Blanc

GLASSWARE & ICE

Coupe

GARNISH

• Expressed

• Discarded Lime penny

• Edible Flower

METHOD

Shake very shortly the 3 first ingredients.
Double Strain in a chilled Coupe.
Top-up with the French Bloom.

NOTES

It is extremely important to have the French Bloom and the glassware very cold as this serve do not contain any ice cubes.
