Created by Jean Vital, The Ivy Collection's Cocktail Developer's, this mocktail made with alcohol-free and organic sparkling French Bloom Le Rosé is a real explosion of flavors. The freshly picked strawberries soften the subtle bitter notes of absinthe for your greatest thrill. • 60 ml Freshly Juiced Strawberry
• 120 ml Rosé French Bloom
• 3 drops Non-Alcoholic Absinthe Bitters (Droplet)
GLASSWARE & ICE
• Highball – 330ml/350ml
• Ice Cubes
• Mint bouquet
Build up, give a quick stir and add ice cubes at last. Top-up with the French Bloom if needed.
Make sure ice cubes fall in place and don’t float.
Depending how sweet are the Strawberry juice you may need to adjust with a sweetener agent as Honey or Agave.
